You've been living under a rock if you've never heard of this series. Although not one of my favourite anime, Toradora is deservedly one of the most popular romance anime out there. There really isn't much I can say about this anime, other than it is a must watch if you're into romantic anime. It is kind of long (25 episodes), so bear with it.
This one is a must watch for any romance anime fan. It also has one of my favourite dubs of any anime I've watched. It's genuinely hilarious. Slow start for sure but once you reach the pool episode it's just non stop great until the end (where it feels too quickly wrapped up imo).
